Nothing accelerates a Projectile Horizontally during Motion...

Consequently

Horizontal Acceleration is Always Zero.

The Horizontal Velocity is always Constant too.

Only the vertical Velocity changes by -9.8ms-².

If this is so...

∆x = v'∆t + ½(0)(∆t)²

∆x = v't.

I'd go with Option D.
