Answer:
1. Firefighters are heroes because they go above and beyond the call of duty when responding to a fire.
More than merely combating blazes, being a fireman involves several other activities. People can be saved by firefighters. Firefighters are there for anybody in need of assistance no matter where they may be: trapped in a car, stuck in a building, or even injured. They respond to incidents and collisions. Sometimes they are even called upon to provide medical assistance in an emergency. Firefighters are known to have a compassionate and empathetic nature. These men have the power to liberate animals from trees, extract creatures from danger, and enable future generations to keep warm.
2. Police Officers of the law are not invincible. They live and die in the same way that we do. They have families and friends, and they never know when it may be their final day. Every day, they put on their vests and pin on their badges, and they may be hugging their children or saying their final goodbyes to their spouses. Police officers are our everyday heroes, and they are an inspiration to us all.
3. Trash Collectors: According to the dictionary, a hero is "a person who is revered or idolized for courage, exceptional achievements, or virtuous characteristics." Trash collectors, as part of their employment, give and provide us with exceptional and essential achievements. Their great traits and bravery are accompanied with their capacity to cope with our trash. They do not match the concept of heroes since they are not generally revered or idolized for the heroic traits they possess. However, I contend that our collective impressions of garbage men are incorrect, since they are deserving of the title "hero."
