Round 46,750 to the nearest ten thousand.
46, 750 rounded of to the nearest ten thousand will be ⇨
50, 000.
4 is in the place of ten thousand. Now, check the number next to 4 ⇨ it's 6. 6 is greater ( > ) than 5, so we have to round of the whole number to 50, 000 (add 1 to 4 & then put the other zeroes).
