y=10x-14

Explanation:

From (4,1) on a graph, you would rise ten and then run to the left 14 times. Remember the rise/run and follow it. What I'm telling is rise you reach (4,6), then count across to (-3,6) to get your answer. You can use demos graphing calculator to help you better or make your own graph.
