in order to get the answer for this question you first have to subtract the start fee from the total bringing it to 12.96 now you divide it by the total per minute which was 0.12 so 12.96 ➗ 0.12 = 108

omar rode the scooter for 108 minutes or 1 hour and 48 minutes
