Let numbers be x and 2x

ATQ

$\\ \rm\longmapsto (x+7)/(2x+7)=(3)/(5)$

$\\ \rm\longmapsto 5(x+7)=3(2x+7)$

$\\ \rm\longmapsto 5x+35=6x+21$

$\\ \rm\longmapsto 6x-5x=35-21$

$\\ \rm\longmapsto x=14$
