D: the ball can't slow wind down

C: the lighter an object the less energy is needed to move.

B: the heavier ball requires more energy to throw than the lighter ball

A: since the ball is heavier than the foam ball it take more force to make it accelerate so since the foam ball is so light it wouldn't be accelerated as much as the heavier ball
