let's us consider,

2angles that measures 100° and 60°

and

other 2angles be 3x and 17x

then ,

according to the quadrilateral law,

sum of all angles=360

100+60+3x+17x=360

or, 20x=360-160

or, X=200÷20

or, X=10

Now,

2angles are

or, 3x=3×10=30°

or, 17x=17×10=170°

hence, a quadrilateral has angles that measures 100°, 60°, 30°, 170°.
