There are multiple different skill related components of fitness, I'll give you 4 examples though:
Agility - The ability to be able to move easily / being able to think easily and quickly.
Coordination - The ability to be able to move multiple complex muscles to work together.
Balance - The ability to evenly distribute weight throughout the body to make your body weight the same on each side.
Reaction Time - The ability to react to something in a short period of time, like a glass falling or a baseball being thrown at you.
