and poor school performance. Many teens sleep with their phones nearby to
respond to text or calls. According to scientist, many teens develop a strange
addiction to their phones and feel a pressure to stay on them all the time.
However, if sleep is constantly interrupted it can result in a decreased ability
to focus on daily activities such as school, work, or sports. Teens also become
irritable when they are sleep deprived.
