During senior year you are likely to face a lot of problems and challenges...One of them is Poor grades/not studying or reading enough, to solve this issue you have to get more organized, make a schedule for yourself it will help a ton. Another issue you may face is Eating right/staying healthy, as a person in highschool, i myself can affirm that this is a big issue that i deal with every day, sometimes i forget to eat because im studying or doing my homework, so to solve this issue what i did is set alarms for myself to remind me to eat when i need too, promise you it will help and don't forget to eat and drink water everyday :D The last issue i will be sharing with you is feeling overwhelmed/stressed, i also deal with this issue a lot but a way you can solve this is by reminding yourself that everything is ok and just keep on working, have a clear mindset, listen to music that makes you feel good or calms you, remember you got this. That is all :D
