The scale of a map is 1/8 inch=10 miles. If two cities are 3 inches apart on the map how many miles are they from each other

Assuming 8/8 inch=80 miles.
1 inch is 80 miles
3 inches would be 240 miles.
80x3=240.

*The two cities are 240 miles apart from each other*
