Slope, m = (y_2 - y_ 1 )/(x_2 - x_1)


= (3-5)/(6-0) \\\\=(-2)/(6)\\\\= -(1)/(3)

Step 2 : Find the equation of the line passing through the points.


( y - y_1) = m (x - x_1)\\\\(y - 5) = -(1)/(3) ( x - 0) \\\\y = -(1)/(3)x + 5
