Is it possible for someone to show a weak (recessive) trait if they have one strong (dominate) gene?

no because the dominant trait will always overpower the recessive one :)

Answer:

no because the dominant trait masks the recessive

Step-by-step explanation:

the only possible way for a recessive trait to be shown is if both parents carry the recessive gene (both heterozygous or both recessively hom0zygous)

sorry had to put a 0 because the first part is censored.
