[] The equation on the left, 292
(1)/(2) = 18 * 6
(1)/(2) * h

-> Volume is length times width times height. When we plug in all the values we have to solve for h (height) we get this equation.

[] The height is 2.5 inches

-> We will solve the equation above.

-> Multiply 18 by 6 and a half = 117

-> Divide 292 and a half by 117 = 2.5

-> The height is 2.5 inches or 2
(1)/(2)inches

292
(1)/(2) = 18 * 6
(1)/(2) * h

292
(1)/(2) = 117h

(292 (1)/(2) )/(117)=
(117h)/(117)

2.5 = 1h

h = 2.5 inches
