Answer:

y = 5x - 13

Explanation:

point slope form: y - y1 = m (x - x1)

plug in: y1 = -3, x1 = 2, m = 5

y - (-3) = 5 (x - 2)

y + 3 = 5x - 10 <- simplify and expand

y = 5x - 13 <answer for slope intercept

equation: y = 5x - 13

I'm not sure what equation type you would like as well as your possible answer choices, but I hope this helps!
