lately i’ve secretly been not taking my depression pills bc when i do if i’m sad i can’t cry so i just sit there emotionless feeling numb and i hate it. but when i don’t i’m tired and not motivated to do anything but when i’m sad i can finally cry and let it out and it feels so good. i’m too scared to tell anyone and to anxious to get a therapist and i honestly dont know what to do. i just need some help. please give me advice :)

I think you should get a therapist honestly, they really help with talking and mentality wise I also recommend to just go out the house doesnt matter if you are alone or with some friends take some time for yourself it really does help take care of yourself before anything
