3y - 1 = 2y + 3 ( subtract 2y from both sides )

y - 1 = 3 ( add 1 to both sides )

y = 4

The diagonals of a rhombus bisect each other

QS = 5y - 4 = 5(4) - 4 = 20 - 4 = 16

then

QT =
(1)/(2) QS =
(1)/(2) × 16 = 8
