The diagonals of a rectangle are equal and bisect each other.

NQ= 2×5 =10

Using Pythagoras theoram,

PQ²+NP²=NQ²

4²+ NP²= 10²

NP²= 100-16

NP²= 84

NP =√84

NP=2√21 = 9.2
