I think the point should be plotted (between -4 & -5 in the X-axis) and (between 2 & 3 in the Y-axis)

Not sure what the numbers are but the point is easy. On the horizontal line (x axis), go to point between -4 and -5. than draw a line up to the point 2 and 3 on the vertical line (y axis). Where the 2 line meet, that is where the coordinates are.
