Answer: 2/3

Use the slope formula to get that answer

m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

m = (5-1)/(9-3)

m = 4/6

m = 2/3

We have a rise of 2 and a run of 3.

In other words, we move up 2 and over to the right 3.
