I just spent 20 min writing my in-depth answer and it did not save, so sorry for the short-cut answer:

After producing a cross, the results are Mm, Mm, mm, mm. 2/4 are Mm and the other 2 are mm. This means each have a 1/2 chance or 50% probability of being found in the offspring.

For #3, a rec phenotype is only displayed when the actual rec genotype is expressed (mm, in this case). So, the probability for this scenario would also be a 1/2 chance or 50%.
