Answer:

Assuming that ladders should be placed at an 75° angle, let's translate it into a slope of 3.732 of a line (looked the value up, was too lazy to calculate it)

the distance from the orign in the picture is your answer, and one side of a triangle formed by the wall, the ground and the ladder
