One side of a triangle is three times the shortest side.

"The third side is 7 feet more than the shortest side. The
perimeter is 62 feet. Find all three sides.

Answer:

The lengths of the sides are - 11, 18, 33

Explanation:

Shortest side = x

Second side = 3x

Third side = 7 + x

Perimeter = sum of all three sides

62 = x + 3x + x + 7

62 = 5x + 7

55 = 5x

x = 11

Shortest side = x = 11

Second side = 3x = 33

Third side = 7 + x = 18
