Answer: Idiom, Simile

Explanation:

Idiom for #2: For #2, it is Idiom because you can cancel out all of the other options, it does not compare two things at all, so you can check off Metaphor and Simile. It is not a sound effect so you can also cross out Onomatopoeia. It isn't extreme or doesn't apply human characteristics so you are left with idiom.

Simile for #3: #3 is Simile because it is comparing two things: Freak isn't supposed to get over excited, and The moon isn't supposed to go around the earth. It uses like and as so you can cross out metaphor and you get simile.
