y=(x-3)^2-7

Minimum

(-3,-7)

Explanation:


y=x^2 -6x+2


b=-6


(b)/(2) =(-3)^2=9


y+7=x^2-6x+9


y=(x-3)^2-7

-7 is a minimum.
