I don't really know how to show the steps, but one of the easiest ways to do this is to see how many times 0.8 goes into 3.2. So 0.8 + 0.8 + 0.8 +0.8 = 3.2 So 3.2/0.8 is 4

Or you can multiply the numerator and denominator by 10, which keeps the value of the fraction but gets rid of pesky decimals: 32/8 this should be fairly straight forward and a key reason to memorize your times tables. 8*4=32
