the first answer says ALL taxes must be devoted to the common defense, where in the Q it says "to pay the Debts AND ...common defense... AND general welfare... so it can't be that.

the 2nd answer is some bs about a particular group or interest which is never mentioned

Just don't find 3rd all that perfect because it says "exceed a certain limit" where the article says it has to be "uniform throughout the United States"
