The above reaction is a Single displacement reaction , in which lead (Pb) being more reactive displaces Copper (Cu) from its compound
(\mathrm{CuCl_2}) and forms Lead Chloride
(\mathrm{PbCl_2}).

\boxed{\mathrm{Pb + CuCl_2 \rightarrow PbCl_2 + Cu}}
