Answer:

a=vf - vi/t

vf=final velocity

vi= initial velocity

t=time period

Now The bicycle went from 3ms to 1ms...

1.. It decelerated

2... Since it went from 3 to 1... 1 is the final velocity while 3 is the initial Velocity

Applying the Formula

a= 1-3/2

= -2/2

a= -1ms-²
