using base area lets find radius

base area=pie*(r)^2

78.50=3.14*r^2

78.50/3.14=r^2

25=r^2

5=r

now using lateral area lets find height

lateral area=2*pie*r*h

251.20=2*3.14*5*h

251.20=31.4*h

251.20/31.4=h

8=h

volume of cylinder=pie*(r)^2*h

=3.14*(5)^2*8

3.14*25*8

=628 cm^3
