Explanation:Fumaroles and Geysers are vents/holes/openings usually occuring after volcanic activities.

While Geysers is steam from gathered surface water erupting the earth surface,

Fumaroles are a combination of steam and gases(Hydrogen sulphide, carbon dioxide, or hydrogen chloride) which erupts from the earth due to the heating up of the molten magma left after a volcano.

The name fumarole was coined from the Latin word "fumus" which means "smoke" and was given because of its appearance in the atmosphere.
