all of the above :)

a colon means "to" in probability math so 1:2 doubles as 1 to 2. this also applies for the third answer as it is 1 to 2. 1/2 is also another way to write 1 to 2 since it is showing the number of dogs on the top and cats on the bottom.

Its answer A because the ratio isn’t a decimal or 1 to 2, a ratio is alway for example 0:0 so a 1:2
