Do you think it is important that parents discuss gender roles with their young children, or is gender a topic better left for later? How do parents consider gender norms when buying their children books, movies, and toys? How do you believe they should consider it?

I believe that it is important for parents to start discussing gender roles with their children at a younger age rather than them being younger. This is because identity and gender dysphoria is a common thing and more commonly going into younger children. I think it is important so they can figure out who they are rather than waiting for later.
