For a graphed line to be a function it needs to pass the vertical line test.

If a vertical line goes through the graphed line in more than one x axis then it is not a function.

Using the given point (-1,2) drawing a vertical line at X = -1, you can see the other vertical line goes through the graphed line at point (-1,0)

Answer: (-1,0)
