A= 1/3A'h.................... Equation 1

A' = Area of the base, h = height of the pyramid

From the question,

Given: A' = 12.2 m², h = 12.3 m

Substitute these values into equation 1

A = 1/3(12.2×12.3)

A = 50.02

A = 50.02 cm²

A = 50.0 cm²
