Here is the steps: (No link needed)

Explanation:

First, cancel out 4^5 in both numerator and denominator. (Basically subtract 8-5 to get 3. The 3 is the third power below.)

So it looks like this:

4^3x

Calculate 4 to the power of 3 and get 64, then just add the x at the end.
