In order to find the answer we must first find the coordinates of the pre image

The coordinates are...

x (1,-1)

y (4,-1)

z (4,-4)

Now we apply the rule stated previously

( The rule explanation: the x and y values swap and the y values sign changes. So if the y value was previously positive, after a 90° counter clockwise rotation, the y value will then be negative)

x (1,-1) -----> swap x and y values ( -1,1) ------> flip sign of new x value ( 1 , 1 )

y (4,-1) ------> swap x and y values ( -1,4) -----> flip sign of new x value ( 1 , 4 )

z (4,-4) -----> swap x and y values ( -4,4) ------> flip sign of new x value ( 4,4)
