AR⊥RS (tangent line is ⊥ to radius of the circle)

BS ⊥ RS (tangent line is ⊥ to radius of the circle.)

∴ AR and BS ⊥ to same line RS.

Hence either AR and BS are in same line or parallel.

But they are radii of different circles.

∴ AR ║BS
