Decrease, I say this because the word “affluent” means wealthy and if you are financially stable you don’t have to worry about the struggle of life meaning paying for things, or something that’s related to money.
Another thing behind this is that people don’t have to worry about “affluent” people because they already have a source to money, on the other hand people that really want money and aren’t willing to work like to steal which adds an impact on the environment.
