I am going to say tattoo with shared needles. Because HIV needs to have some sort of fluid that much go in you for you to catch it.

For example, HIV is transmitted through semen (c/u/m and pre-c/u/m), vaginal fluid, blood, and "bottom" mucus.(I'm sorry for the TMI)
