Question :-

What is the value of x?

____________________

Solution :-

Given Information :-

  • Number of times 'x' appeared in the Hanger Diagram ➢ 3
  • Number of times '5' appeared in the Hanger Diagram ➢ 3
  • Number of times '27' appeared in the Hanger Diagram ➢ 1

To Find :-

  • What is the value of x?

Formula Used :-

  • Number of times 'x' appeared + Number of times '5' appeared = Number of times '27' appeared

Calculation :-

Substituting the values given in the formula, We get,

⇒ 3 ( x ) + 3 ( 5 ) = 1 ( 27 )

Solving the parentheses, We get,

⇒ 3x + 15 = 27

Transposing 15 to Right Hand Side of the equation, We get,

⇒ 3x = 27 - 15

Calculating further, We get,

⇒ 3x = 12

Transposing 3 to Right Hand Side of the equation, We get,

⇒ x =
\sf (12)/(3)

Calculating further, We get,

x = 4
