Answer:

3.9 milligrams more than the normal or whatever it said

Explanation:

you multiply 3.6 by 2 and you get 7.2 then you add 11.8 to that 7.2 which give you 19, then subtract 15.1 from 19 which would give you 3.9 milligrams
