sin 60° = opposite / hypotenuse

sin 60° = √3 / 2

The bottom side = √3, the hypotenuse = 2

To find the right side's value, you use Pythagorean's Theorem

1. a² + b² = c²
2. a² + (√3)² = 2²
3. a² + 3 = 4
4. a² = 4 - 3
5. a² = 1
6. a = 1

cos 60° = adjacent/hypotenuse

cos 60° = 1 / 2

and

find base(b)

using pythagoras theorem

h²=p²+b²

than base (b) will be 1
