y = -2x + 39

Explanation:

2 - 4 = -2 (with negative numbers graphs help a lot more)

0 - -1 (since there are two negatives together you change both of the signs to their opposite so they both become positive)

0 + 1 = 1

-2/1 = -2 because a negative divided by a positive is a negative

I found the y-intercept by substituting one of the points into y=mx+b
