+2 is where the line touches on the y axis. and for -3. you find 2 points and you go from 1 point to the other. the points i got were. (0,2) (2,-4). i went down 6 times, and to the right 2. that’s a fraction 6/2. and then simplify. 2 can go into 6 three times, and can go into 2 once. 3/1. since there’s a 1 underneath it’s just 3. and since you went down. it’s is negative. so y=-3x+2 is your answer.
