Final answer:

Monica Lewinsky did testify during the impeachment process of Bill Clinton, providing evidence that contributed to impeachment charges, but the Senate did not convict him.

Step-by-step explanation:

Yes, Monica Lewinsky did testify in the Bill Clinton impeachment process.

After receiving immunity, Lewinsky provided evidence of her affair with President Clinton to independent counsel Ken Starr, which led to Clinton admitting to having inappropriate relations with her.

Although Clinton denied lying under oath, Starr reported to the House of Representatives that he believed Clinton had committed perjury. Consequently, the House, voting largely along party lines, sent articles of impeachment to the Senate, charging Clinton with lying under oath and obstructing justice.

In the end, the Senate did not convict Clinton, and he finished his second presidential term.

It's suprisingly difficult for me to find a straight answer online. But no, she didn't. She had this friend who she called they talked about the encounters with, and the friend recorded the conversations, and the conversations were what was admitted to court. She did sign an affadavid saying that she didn't do it with him, but that was of course later disproven.
