2. What makes the Dinagyang Festival unique, for me, is the costumes. There are many theatrical forms that include elaborate costumes, such as the Kadayawan Festival from Davao and the Bukidnon Kaamulan Festival from Malaybalay, but I find the costumes from the Dinagyang to be the most creative because they have big structures full of feathers attached to the dancers.
