Answer:
In these current years we have seen the response to BLM from all different groups. I feel that with people finally having enough of police brutality the moment went full force. There was the retaliation of "all lives matter" and even more police brutality at the protest. Now we're seeing attacks of Asian lives and more peoples lives being taken in the hands of the police. I believe people do this because they've been able to get away with it all their lives. White people have unbelievable privilege and entitlement.
That's what motivates them to attack Asian, black, and other minorities. White people have always been seen as human while minorities are seen though stereotypes. Recently a white man committed a hate crime by targeting and killing Asian people and they only thing a cop had to say about it was, "he was having a bad day". These people don't think about consequences because they're never had to.
The cops that murdered george floyd recently got charged on all accounts and his face shows how much he was expecting to get away with it. When you give a whole race the befit of the doubt time and time again while letting black and brown lives die at the hands of the ones meant to protect us it shows the people who is above the law and who is below it.
