$\\ \rm\rightarrowtail -1/4+3/4a=-7/4a-1$

$\\ \rm\rightarrowtail (3/4+7/4)a=-1+1/4$

$\\ \rm\rightarrowtail 10/4a=-3/4$

$\\ \rm\rightarrowtail 10a=-3$

$\\ \rm\rightarrowtail a=-0.3$
